Jimmy was the beloved and devoted husband of Doreen with whom he shared 68 wonderful years of marriage. Survived by his sister, June Fairhead of Barrie; and fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews who loved him dearly. Throughout his entire working life, Jimmy was a dedicated employee at CFRB Radio in Toronto where his commitment and loyalty were well-known. After retiring, Jimmy and Doreen moved to Ripley where they enjoyed a happy and fulfilling retirement surrounded by the many kind and welcoming people of the community. Jimmy had a deep love for animals, especially dogs and birds. He also enjoyed playing the guitar and singing, sharing his music and warmth with those around him. He will be greatly missed by his faithful little sidekick, Suzy, who will now continue to keep loving watch over Doreen. Jimmy leaves behind a legacy of kindness, music, and devotion to family. He is welcomed now by his Lord and Saviour and reunited with many loved ones who awaited his arrival. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
